Honest

I first heard Joumana on the radio, and I was extremely impressed by her knowledge and how she came across as a person who really does care. It wasn't that long after hearing her on the radio I was involved in my accident and Joumana was the only lawyer I wanted, and I wasn't disappointed. From the very first meeting she had this way of making you feeling special, and you could tell she really does care.

Superb, Outstanding

Joumana has not only met my standards, but has gone beyond them to make sure I receive what I am entitled to. At first I was skeptical to hire an attorney, but after my free consultation with Joumana, I am a major believer in this woman. She and her staff put together a great team. My advice is to follow what her ads say: get the best team on your side.

One Of A Kind

A few months ago I had the privilege of being referred to Joumana Kayrouz. It was a friend that had used her last year, and couldn't stop talking about how quickly she had gotten the job done. I had asked who referred him, and he told me that he saw a few billboards around town, so this is why he had called. Well, I am grateful that Joumana was my lawyer, as I was involved in a pretty bad car accident and my insurance company kept giving me the run-around. Joumana kept me informed, so I didn't feel left out at all. If I had called to ask a question, Joumana was quick to respond to my call. She is truly incredible. I was very impressed with her knowledge and her ability to put it in a way I could understand. This woman makes you feel relaxed when she speaks, and that is good. As for my case, the insurance company paid up more than they wanted to, all thanks to the hard-working Joumana Kayrouz.

Convinced!

Joumana Kayrouz has convinced me that she really truly cares about her clients. She has a heart of gold, and the best team. I felt at ease when I used to meet with her and now that my case is closed I feel extremely satisfied that she represented me. She has recovered more than I could have ever expected. Heart of Gold

First of all, I have to thank Joumana and her amazing team. From day one, Joumana made my wife and me feel like we were her only clients. Her staff did the same thing. Joumana took a lot of time out for us because we really didn't understand everything, but she took it upon herself to make sure we understood each step. At our age our memories are not the best. Her approach with us showed me we picked the right lawyer -- this woman has a heart of gold. She got our full amount owed, even after the insurance company didn't want to pay the full amount. I'm so glad my wife saw one of her billboards. My wife and I were also shocked that Joumana had sent us flowers after everything was over. This is truly a beautiful caring person. I don't know what more I can say about

Caring

I first met Joumana Kayrouz through my trainer. He was telling me that she was his client and she is a personal injury lawyer, and he spoke very highly of her as a lawyer and person. After a brief conversation about my problem, I was invited to her office. I was very impressed with the way she took time out of her personal time to make time to meet with me.

 

I was taken aback on how someone in this line of work could be so kind, caring and beautiful on the inside and out. As for the other lawyers, they had told me I had a very weak case, but Joumana thought I had a good one.

 

… One final note: I'm a dog lover, and did see this tiny dog in her office one day. She told me this was her princess, and I could see how this woman cared for this dog, just as she cared for me with my little case. So it's my opinion that Joumana Kayrouz doesn't care how small or big the case is, everyone gets the same loving attention they deserve.
